The owner was very prompt with contacting me after I had submitted for a quote. He explained everything he does when he came out to the house for a quote. The day he cleaned the house, he was just a bit early (which was nice). When he had completed he asked if I wanted to do a walk around to see the work he had done. It was great! On the plus side, he also didn't use my home water! He comes 100% prepared!
